Yeah, let's worry about sensitivity in a war. People may die, but it's their feelings getting hurt that we should be careful of. I have a question for you, though. If there's a war that needs to be fought for your country, would you rather have it fought by a bunch of polly prissy pants, or by a bunch of pissed off grunts?

The truth is that it's people who are insensitive to other people and cultures that make the best people to fight in a war for you. Let's put it in much simpler terms:

A child runs into the street a brave stranger sees this and the oncoming traffic without hesitation runs grabs the child tosses it to safety and is in turn hit and killed by said car.

Now same scenario except instead of a child in the street its a shiny new super ball that the stranger saves before he is killed.

Moral: If you are going to risk your life (or in the administrations case OTHER'S LIVES) make sure the reason is worth it.

Our soldiers are in Iraq Policing the areas that the iraq men of military age will not do. They walk freely in their streets somewhat like the Cong, not in a uniform protecting or fighting or even Policing their own fucking streets. They watch our troops do it for them. Fuck that shit. Why does it not make sense to you that i support our troops but not the war? Bush lied to us all. Alot of our troops over there signed up for something else. They thought they were going to war to get rid of Bin Laden. The person who killed 3000 of our ppl on are own land. Where is the war to find him and kill him. Just treat the troops with respect, and try to understand their position. Can't really ask for more than that. There are groups who like to send care packages to units in Iraq and Afghanistan (like soap, shaving cream, candy, and thank you cards), if one really wants to go the extra mile. A thank you and a handshake to a single troop goes a long way, too. You don't have to support the war to do all that.
