nope, what's the point of smoking?
Tobbaco expensive, addictive, reduces your stamina and the health of your longs.
Marijuana on the other hand...

Nope sure don't...I did for 35 yrs. then quit. 10 YEARS later an Agent orange throat cancer that had been removed returned and I walked through a much larger Hell than the war was & I was injured 5 times in combat.

The Doctors at the Veterans Hospital in San Antonio put me through a radiation treatment and then a radical neck disection removing much of my left shoulder muscle, all my lymph nodes in the left side of my neck, and a neck muscle was also removed. I could not eat for over two years, with no appetite, no tatse buds and still have no salivary glands and will they will never return. I have a bottle of water with at all times.

I lost over 100 pounds in less than three (3) weeks...dropping from 266lbs to a measley 140. I have used other muscles in my back and excercised constant, knowing from an operation on my right shoulder years before, that if you don't you will never lift your arm past your ribs.
I am now back to a very healthy 185 lbs and actually strong as an ox for 60 yrs old.

If you believe you can trust me I have another website than my personal that is attached to my profile at filecab. The 2nd page I believe will give you a very slight idea how much tobacco can do.

I trust me..I hope you do also. It is a semi- life story in picture form and only 4 pages. what ya figure?

I would literally starve if I did not find hunger through MJ, not exagerating a bit!! Sorry if I dissapoint any non MJ smokers, but I have cancer survivors-friends like me in different states. It is definately a felony in Texas, but..... At this time I take, hydromorphone aka Dilaudid, Hydrocodone, similar to Vicodin, Zoloft, and anti depressent (which I don't need but don't want off those lil babies, and last but not least Zanax all in very large quanities, which I doubt a normal person could handle....and yet MJ is the only substance that can give me any hunger...and it is pretty f'n pleasing. I function great from being used to doing these meds, one of which is actually "hillbilly Herion" and it keeps the ol' pain level to almost nil. Soooooo er...uh...cheers

Yeah, you could be a mentor for kids. Especially the ones who come from bad homes, no saying you come from one. What I mean is that you are inspiring and could help kids with your life's stories.
Or you could speak to people with cancer, or people who are trying to quit smoking.
You should have your life's story put on TV or in some sort of independant film.

I do give it my best shot, I go to San Antonio a couple times a month and visit some other veterans in hospice (a place I didn't describe and won't) All My roommates died in the 5 months there 3 hrs away from home during my son's senior year. At the same time my mother was having radiation in Dallas on a tumor in her brain @ age 83. To this day she NEVER knew I was even sick, the family said it would be best for her. She died thinking I didn't give a shit, because of not being able to leave my death ward. Still bugs me, but dad was alive @ 88 yrs old and chose not to tell any of my family about my problems. They all had such hate for me. And I understood. They were finally told a year later after I was recovering, meaning I had no family at all at that time, it was definately a big ass bummer!!

Oh , back to my point. I still visit other Veteran patients & give em hope showing them how I pulled it off. Many don't.
Damn, I sound like a whinin' bitch lol. heh heh

I smoke both, but not on a regular basis.
Usually just on weekends, don't need to go to work high or smelling of cigs, and yet surprisingly enough im not addicted. (at least i dont think i am :omg:)

Nothing good ever comes out of drugs, but im just one of those people who wants to try everything and do everything at least once before they die, and since you can never predict the future or see how fate will play out, yeah..

Dunno, i look down on smoking, yet i do it myself.. hypocrite much?

Really man, this is a "used to be" for me now, yeah I used to be badass, without a doubt, but now days I try my best to have a conscience, & I have so much guilt I go out of my way to try for ammends...impossible..but wtf huh?

Hey, do me a favor and pass the word I'm alright for an ancient f ' er, and i will promise to stay out of the fight room. I can get way too rude to the point of obnoxious, so I avoid that stuff. heh heh

Look, chew my ass, tell me I am wrong, don't think every word I say is a right thing. I can take criticism well, I need input in case I am off base somewhere. Just don't consider me the enemy. Here is my newest political message. If ya get tired of my shit, just tell me.

Filecab is fun, because we all DO think differently. There WILL be a time I ask for your assistance in decisions. (like whether to put a twin-turbo hood, constructed of 100% DuraFlex on the 1984 Corvette I am restoring) It has a 5.7 ltr Cross injection hi-proformance engine now completely rebuilt with a 4X3 w/overdrive tranny, new. At times I want it original '84 but I already have 1999 wheels & tires 17 in. on it. I am not asking now due to a fund shortage, they cost around $800. But this vette has ALL hi-pro gears and every part built to spec. balanced etc. I have been doing electrical the last few days....this thing SMOKES...not like my ol' rail did, but nice.

My son was born in 1984 & drives a 2001 Ford PU. I bought this as a "project car" and my decision was to get the '84 for that reason. I die, he gets all my shit anyway, heh heh.

I pulled away from Harleys...too much traffic these days and they ALL have a cell phone to their ear, not paying attention. With no walls, a "cage"/car can take you out, so now I have been building and restoring a 1952 Cushman Barrel Spring Eagle w/a customized suicide clutch. Also trying to restore a 1961 Cushman Trailster, and have completed two 1974 Vespa scooters w/4 speed on the handle all original. My work is never done, I have a few acres of trees to keep trimmed etc. It is always a bloody job. Gettin' old peeps.

Oh here is my new youtube vid. As I said, watch or not, doesn't mean a thing. ;) AND , trust YOUR candidate, I am asking nodda.

Why would I want you to stay out of the fight room? I enjoy hearing things from your unique perspective, just as I'm sure everyone else here does. Most of the old people here are pedophiles, I can see that's not the case with you. Where can I see the rest of your youtube videos? I want to see what else you have to say.
I have to disagree with you about Ron Paul though. That's who footballbat supports. footballbat is the guy that said some country artist could sing "Carolina On My Mind" better than James Taylor. HAHAHAH. Ron Paul is just the republican's answer for Barack Obama. No politician ever tells you who he really is. It's like a first date, you have to wine and dine and act like a perfect gentleman then. A month into the relationship you're farting in front of her and she's using the bathroom with the door open. HAHAHAH. Ron Paul would be an infinitely greater president than George Bush, but he's still a Republican and no Republican in history has fixed the economy.

Firep0w3r
December 21st, 2007, 12:06 AM
chuckle..well, Dr. Paul refers to himself as a Republican. But he is different in the effect he is a Constitutionalist who the GOP calls "Dr. No". He is the only republican with enough Liberal in him to keep them under control.
He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.

Years back he ran for President in the Liberal Party against both Demos & Repubs. Ya know, the Federal Reserve just prints money when we need it. Money with nothing to back it..no gold or silver standard, nodda. This entire conflict/invasion in the Middle East is being financed NOT by Iraq oil, but by borrowed money from the Chinese, who we at this time could never pay. The Chinese Yen is rapidly growing and their exports to the US as well as their cheap factory work, which at times they contract out to the Vietnamese & Cambodians who work even cheaper. Smart lil guys the Chinese. We also owe Saudi Arabia, borrowing from their banks as well. Nevertheless, he is out to dump the IRS & get the f... out of the United Nations.
Oh well, wtf, we could both go on forever...all that IS important is that you do vote and do choose and back a candidate you personally feel can guide your generation through a pretty messed up situation without raising taxes where at your ages woud never allow you to be able to own a home. Right now it takes two to live on your own unless you are born wealthy, a professional, or don't mind starving while you pay rent. A day will come when land will be so high renting is the only option. If my taxes were not frozen here in Texas, I could not afford to live in my own home on my own land all apid for, and if I just arrived there is no way I could afford the compound I live in. Over 27 years I built my place on around 4 acres, starting with only 2 lots and living in a 1949 Chevy Bobtail truck. Every year I built on to my house I built, which was only 880 square ft at the first. It is now well over 3,000 sq ft. hidden in a jungle of trees and vegetation with a huge deck I built on top of the house. And yet, only a mile to the Bay, and about 8 miles to the Gulf by car. Not far by boat though. Rambling again. heh heh

Primary's are closing in...the debates are preparing to be interesting. Do I think Ron Paul will be the Republican choice? He has raised more money in two days without asking, than any other candidate in history in a single day.

But, probably not if up to the media...if the media has it's way along with the "real handful" of wealthy financial institutions such as GE, who actually rule these decisions. They have already chosen their candidates. You can see it in their psycological moves, exempting certain candidates from debates, lining the middle 4 chairs for who they want us to pick, and usually place our guy at the end if you notice....at it again damn,.....stfu Fire!

Snuff.

Oh, if you double click my video it should take you to youtube then just look at "other videos by firep0w3r" or just type in firep0w3r on youtube maybe.
And IF Dr. Paul is not chosen, I will definately vote democrat in the final vote. (unless it is Hillary) that chick has no scruples.

You remind me of my grandpa back when he was younger. When I was little I thought the whole world revolved around him.

Daisy, I was looking back at the comments in this forum and you know...that is one of the nicest things I think anybody has ever said to me. You found a weak spot in me somewhere, that indeed made me feel worth being around a few more years.

My son is the end of my line to carry the name. Planeswalkercommented once he may have given up with the shit I lve with.
I would have gladly joined my mother at the time we both were on "death row", if there were an afterlife she would know why I never saw her.

Well, the ONLY reason I struggled to survive in a Hospice unit is that I had a son in his senior year in high school. I REFUSE to die until I see him and his generation on a road to happiness...it is my duty for bringing him in the world. He didn't ask to be born..I did that shit with my er....PP? heh heh

That is what keeps me fueled.
Thank you again for that very special comment ;) it meant a lot to me.

Can I come and live on your sofa?

Well snuff, I have a 38 ft guest trailer on the other end of my compound, sleeps 6, has cable tv, a/c, fish cleaning table and other extras. Beats a sofa & I am famous for almost nothing except my smoked Blue Crab. I don't know of any others that have done it, but they love to come to my place for it. It is all in timing on those crustacians....don't want them to be mushy.. heh heh

I also have a 26 ft travel trailer I keep for hurricane flight, so I don't have to drive 6 hrs and past San Antonio to find a motel not taken. Never had to use it yet. Only evacuated once in 30 yrs....I used to always choose to stay and send the family on without me so to watch looters. But Rita took up 3/4 of the Gulf of Mexico & my place was a direct location for the hit. It veered toward Houtston instead, missed again :)

Snuff.

^ That is a serious pad. :eek7:

Guess the American dream does pay off for some, hey? :D

In the UK you`d have no chance of a) building it and b) affording it due to planning permission legislation and land prices respectively. I`m looking at Scandinavia when I can afford the move, for that reason.

Sounds like you`ve built a damn fine life for yourself, though. :xyxthumbs:

Sorry to hear about your Uncle Mike, he was telling the truth. Before dawn not too much before a really nasty firefight in Quang Nai City that killed one of our troopers, the choppers were heard above..we were drenched to the point we weren't certain if it were persperation or a drop, then realized they had been spraying the canefields we fought in that morning.

Thanks for the concern.

You say we could both go on forever, but you are 60 years old. You can't have too much time left, I'll simply wait you out. HAHAHA. Okay, that was a joke. I don't give a shit if a dead man gets elected, as long as we get George W. out of there.

You know what IS sad? I voted for George Bush. His father George Sr. came fishing with me, another guide named Howard, who I threw a beefit for when he had cancer, before I did, and a few other friends that were Coast Guard liscensed as I was.

Howard took the ol' man, I took James Baker Sec.of State that yr. '89 or '90 and of course the group of secret security guards. He stayed at Perry Bass's ranch house on the island. They flew in military armor to the ranch, had Navy skin divers at hand etc. I did grab a pic or two I have some f'n place in this house. I have had some clients that would really surprise you.

Either way, I voted for Bush.

I smoke mostly tobacco, Golden virginia and Amber Leaf, which I prefer. I know its bad for me and sometimes I feel how tight my chest is getting and coughing a lot with it, but I also got to say that yes I do also enjoy smoking, I know that's stupid and uncool, but its also true. I hope that at some point in the future I do get the will power to give it up. On cannabis I think it should be legalised, especially for medical purposes, I have tried a few spliffs and enjoyed it, not sure if I would want to do it all the time though and it works out expensive, mostly into my alcohol  There is this documentary I saw on current TV about a granny who was arrested for taking cannabis, who uses it for medical purposes, if anyone should be interested in watching it, here it is:

You're right while I didn't force them physically to quit, I somehow compelled them to quit for their own health. I haven't ever smoked in my life, that is also true and I don't plan on it.
