ALWAYS!
and for some variety, put some chopped up (uncooked) smoked Bacon in with the meat as well...
cooks the Bacon flavor throughout the Burger!
Top with some melted Cheddar and ya have a Burger fit for a King!
and NOT this Fuckin Paedophile Weirdo!

I prefer one of the many varieties of A-1 Steak Sauce over Worcestershire Sauce, however in a pinch, it'll do.
I use fresh minced Garlic and stay away from the Garlic Salt...
you really should watch yer sodium ya know. If ya crave salt, use natural Sea Salt...not nearly as harmful.
The egg only serves to hold the patty together, which tends to fall apart if too many ingredients are tossed in the mix. Some peeps use a bit of bread crumbs as well, but then you are starting to create a Mini Meatloaf!

You, my friend are either a Confirmed Bachelor, married to a lazy woman, always in a Hurry or are lazy yourself!
Read the ingredients on those prepackaged foods...you can add the same fresh ingredients at less cost and have a meal that is good for you!

Prolly just lazy, I only do it in the BBQ season. It's quick to whip up a dozen or so burgers and it tastes Delicious.

I meant the restaurant, as my questions clearly states. If you weren't referring to the restaurant all you had to do was say so.

However if you were, it's a trademarked name regardless of the correct spelling, English or "American" (whatever that means) . . . . . . . the chain is Chili's

Reminds me, there`s this Indian lady at my town`s market who makes spicy beef patties. ...As in will make your balls drop all over again spicy. Fuckin` tastiest thing I can think of. *Thinks*

Yup, definitely the tastiest thing I`ve ever had.

Definitely add onions, and other spices if you decide to use ground turkey. Ground turkey is healthier, but doesn't have the flavor. With the right spices, it's delicious though.
