We've all met that person with the off-the-wall name.... Share your strange name expieriences. I once knew a Jeffrey Harkleroad in middle school. There was a teacher in my old school named Mr. Wiener. Everybody pronounced it "weener" but he insisted it was pronouced "whiner." My history teacher was friends with a guy named Tommy Rape in high school. They were both on the football team and whenever Tommy scored the announcer went over the speakers and said; "That was Tooooommmmyyyy RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAPE" (buahahahaha) ........ After I brought back my machine gun target full of holes in the center, I was given the nickname "Attila the Killa" in my company.

I also practiced swinging my samurai sword outside the barracks. I had a friend in one of the infantry companies and he told me that all the grunts were gossiping "have you seen the white ninja outside the barracks?" "Yeah, he wears that robe." "That's not a robe, that's a kimono."

So yeah, within my own company, I was Attila the Killa, and within the rest of the unit, I was the white ninja.

My brother went to basic training with a guy with the last name Peabody, he never knew his first name since most people were addressed simply by last name...... My 6th grade science teacher named her first child Cannon (yes, as in the thing you shoot cannon balls out of)

My mom remembers TONS of names of people she knew growing up I oughta ask her... There was a "Whitehead" family living down the street from her as a kid... Somtimes her and some friends would prank call them saying
