Not sure if it was supposed to be funny or whether it was trying to make a point such as don't play jokes on the person who's driving the car. This is dark humour, the bit at the end when he got the needle in the eye was funny. All the way through the video I thought it would be the girl getting her own back on her boyfriend in some sick way in revenge for some joke he had played on her.

Pretty much expected the accident to her, didn't see the needle to the guy coming at all.
That made me squirm for sure.

Really.. a good video. Note to self: No pranks in the car, especially spiders.

Why does an Australian movie have Russian subtitles?

The indian guys at the servo were the best part, best acting of the whole thing.

It was just a black comedy with a university film project feel to it. Perhaps it was a joint student production. Anyway, you're right about the servo guys. Cracked me up.

i guess the bottom line of the story is that you shouldn't do jokes anymore.
1) you end up getting your girlfriend upset
2) you end up getting your girlfriend killed
3) you end up getting a needle in the eye

Sucks to be funny...
