hangover time?

went to a BBQ last nigh, had a few lagers, then a few more, then someone said "theres whisky if you want", well it was down hill from there,
next morning, i had a few pills (paracetamol) which lifted the headache slowly, but my guts are in turmoil, and ive been stinking like a dog all day, when i was 20 i"d laugh after a few hours and be ready again, but now im a tad older the effect is taking a lot longer to shake off. usually a good day!
So, how long does your hangover last?

I've had afew hangovers that have put me off drinking, rarely do I get drunk anymore, and then usually only tipsy.

I did a bottle of whisky, then started on rum and vodka when I was 16, I have never ever felt so ill. I think I did some damage to my liver that day, cos for ages afterwards I was vomiting in the mornings n shit on my way to school.

Got absolutely caned one lunch time when i was in the 3rd year of high school, went to a mates house and rinsed his old mans drinks cabinet, whiskey, brandy, vodka, gin, rum, all fucking sorts. passed out in history, threw up all over my head of year and the deputy headmaster, they gt my mother to come and get me, i spent all night spewing my ring up and my mother still made me go to school the next day with the mother of all hangovers:(

when i was about 13-14 my mate invited me round as his parents went out. he was only 15 and we were both fucking around with the corner bar thing. he made me a pint cocktail with whisky vodka gin you name it the lot. 15 years old acting the twat, gave it to me i had a sip and laughed, said i couldnt drink it. he tried it and laughed, then threw it in the OPEN FIRE PLACE the flames flashed right out and took his big shaggy fringre right off burnt his face and eye brows, i nearly pissed myself laughing was nigh on hystericle, his mother went mental when she got back, was a a very crazy day lol.

haha, my parents never drank often so I never got the option of raiding the drinks cabinet, was always a laugh when one of my friends would raid his parents house for booze tho. Didn't start drinking booze til I was 16ish and could go down the pub or had older mates that would buy it.

I had a mate from a really strange family in my first yr at highschool, used to bring in a flask of coffee and whisky everyday as part of his pack lunch.

.. although going to work tomorrow (today) is going to suck. Only got like an hour's sleep yesterday morning and will be lucky to get that this morning. Got a bunch of turf to stack.

lastnight i drank vodka mixed with O.J. but didn't get a hangover today...prob cuz i drank carefully trying to keep the buzz but not get shitfaced...getting shitfaced on beer will give me a sick hangover the next day

Heck, lots of Vodka mixed with Coke, and Whiskey mixed with Lemonade, kept drinking 'cos I didn't feel it hitting me, then chasing my friend is the last I remember.

Next morning woke up feeling fresh, no hangover at all, the same with my other 2 friends which the same thing happened to them.
