Of course the video is edited, not showing what the little shit did.

The problem with parents now a days is there little ADD shit does no wrong in their eyes. When I was growing up if I got the paddle at school, I got the belt when I got home.

Now...If Johnny gets a time out, the school district gets served court papers.

If it wasn't the teacher, it was from other classmates. No wonder kids are such wimps these days.

That lady shouldn't have that job IMO. Regardless of what that kid did we live in different times I'm afraid.
Like other posters above we got the paddle at school.

She shook the kid up, which is inappropriate, but I wouldn't call that abuse.

I'm surprised stuff like this doesn't happen more often and worse. Most teachers out there have the patience of a saint though, you pretty much have to when it comes to teaching today's little monsters.

I just don't think she deserves life. A teacher like her did that to me several days every month for years. I do not endorse hating, yet, I have no wish for her to keep living. And she wasn't even the one making me feel pathetic. Ah, and I have lost most human emotions afterwards .... darkness is my friend. As a comfort, I wasn't the only one in my class, it was most of us.
There's a reason they had the camera ready.
No, I'm not emo. You got to have emotions left for that. I haven't felt for 12 years, since I quit school. Feeling is bad. It kills you. Or just half your class.

Oh, don't say that, I don't like goth either :P Ah, actually, their dress-style is cool ... but I still wouldn't dress or act that way intentionally ...
And haven't ya learned not to take everything here seriously ... OK, I was fucked up at school, but my mind might not be THAT destroyed ;9
Uhm, with pressure on "might".
My psychiatrist might claim otherwise ( or however ya spell it, hey, I'm Norwegian )
Point is : kids take damage from grownups not fucking doing as they should.
And, I might be taking this too personally, considering personal experience and the fact that I usually never post here at all.

I had a 22yr old dime for my junior year english AP class. She would wear skirts and black leather boots to class and I had a HARD time paying attention to her lesson. I think she had a crush on me too. She's 25 now and no longer teaching which would allow me to make my move if she wasnt married :/

We did'nt get to see what the kid did so its difficult to judge :omg:

Well these days teaching kids at least in the western world can be a nightmare, you can't really discipline them and if you as much as touch them your in for it and if the kid did'nt like you telling them off they could also go for the option of accusing you of sexual abuse, no wonder so many people are put off teaching.

my teacher sucked my wee wee in preschool. :D

You must have been a happy child :D

I'm in favour of bringing back corporal punishment in schools all longs as it is for serious stuff like bullying or vandalism.

I'm surprised stuff like this doesn't happen more often and worse. Most teachers out there have the patience of a saint though, you pretty much have to when it comes to teaching today's little monsters.

It's hard times for teachers nowadays. Parents spoil their kids so much that when they go to school they want all their own way there as well.

Oh, don't say that, I don't like goth either :P Ah, actually, their dress-style is cool ... but I still wouldn't dress or act that way intentionally ...

You mean you have a psychiatrist, hope its working out for you

The trouble is its not all the kids fault, parents are failing to show them right from wrong and that just makes it harder for them in the long run.

Whether this is abuse or not you can all debate till the cows come home.

What isn't up for debate is that this is a Simple Assault, in the U.S. at least.

I can lose my cool with my kids, yell at them, even give them a shake. It's my responsibility to discipline them. If this was my child, the teacher could expect to lose her job and be arrested just for starters.

That's because parents and teachers want to be the kids friends and not a superior person anymore. You can only respect someone who has something superior to you. If kids are considered by the teachers or parents like friends they won't have any respect. So kids should learn that they should obey adults just because they are adults.
I've had stupid hippy teachers who thought that their students were their friends. No one respected them and it was a complete mess during courses. I also had one teacher who never had to punish anyone. He rarely got annoyed. But he was the one having the most students to obay. Why? Because he showed us since the beggining that we must respect him because he is our teacher, has more knowledge than us and is older so has more experience. Of course he didn't say we were stupid but he still knew how to gain respect. Sadly he has been replaced by a stupid bitch who thinks she is our friends.
It is the same for smaller kids but you have to make it more simple.

Oh damn wrote a whole fucking page again...:omg:
