So yeah, all together I've lost like 55 lbs. Now though I've gotten too used to my airwalker and I'm now disproportioned. Like the worst shape on earth. Diamond. Example: Tops fit great in the shoulder/ titty/ upper thorax section then are too tight round my stomach. Or fit fine round my stomach but drown my shoulders and boobies and it looks horrid and untailored and sloppy. I hate that. Is there someway to kind of lose weight but encourage more of an abdominal loss?
I got on the air walker after work on Wednesday while I was on the xbox, at 6 kph, I'd burned 100cal for 30 minutes; I hadn't even broken a sweat. WTF is that about?
Now I've been using mini trampoline which is actually alot harder than it looks (especially when your breasts threaten to knock you unconscious), but I don't know what else to do.
I've decided to really up my game as I've gotten stagnant, it's going very slowly so I'm going to severly cut my food intake. Basics only for the most part. I'll try and stay between 800-1000 and really work my ass off, quite litteraly. I want to be done by June, losing weight sucks, I want it over with.

Stacking turf for a couple hours i burned 1500 calories.. or so said my little wrist watch thingo. (Would be a lot more if I wasn't so used to stacking).
That didn't come close though to working off the 5000 calories or so from the double quarter pounder meal I ate before that lol.

That's what i thought, but it's just a home airwalker. When i went to the gym with my mum in the states, in 30 minutes it was like 250 cal on an elipitical, but i felt it too, fuck it was hard and good. I don't think theres enough resistance in it. There aren't any settings or nothing.

That's hot. Somehow.
Try not to get anorexic or bulemic, girl. I'm not afraid you do, but keep that in mind. You said you try to cut down in your food intake... do that with care. If you start getting eating binges you fucked up. But you're a clever one, I guess you'll do fine.
And 55 lbs? Kudos to you.

well you can...but yeah you've the same problem my girl has.
 you both need to hold your boobs when running.
which looks quite...weird on the street.
and yes you need something with more resistance...
or you need to up the moving speed...6kph ain't very fast but yeah i don't really know how fast you can go on a airwalker.

cardio is usually the hardest shit to do. aerobic exercise takes so much more energy than anaerobic usually.
running is definitely the best thing i can tell ya (besides eating right). those work out DVDs that they have are actually pretty damn good too believe it or not.
weight training is VERY helpful but its gotta be more aerobic...meaning more reps with what ur doing.
but u wanna lose abdominal right?? heres some good workouts for ya that works the abs like crazy:
crunches, sit-ups, frog kicks, leg raises, waist twists....theres so much more too. u can look these up on the web if u dont know how to do them. all of them work different parts of the abs. remember to always do sets and reps cause if u go to failure u wont really burn fat. u need to stop and then do more. hope this helps!!

Running I wouldn't really like to do because I would like something that's low impact. That and the titty thing doesn't help. Not only does it look absurd, but it hurts, stretches the chest skin, which don't feel too good.
I do leg raises, sit ups and side bends but I read the best thing is cardio for fat loss, which is gay. i want to lose weight all over but want it more proportionate.
Thanks for all the advice guys, and the weightloss kudos!

abdominal areas cant be targeted so u have to do crunches and stuff
(if i read that rite)
also if ur doing ur exercise and not sweating. start doing intervals meaning:
3 mins start off normal speed
2 minutes at top speed
1.5 minutes rest
then 1.5 minutes top speed
1minute rest
try to use something similar to the above
ex:
i use the treadmill and start at 4.0mph
then boost to 7.5
then a break
then my top speed would be at 8.0 for 2 minutes
then speed decreased and rest for 1minute
etc
etc etc now that ive been goin more i can reach up to 10.5 mph for 2 minutes
fuckin burns like hell but ud b sweating like a mofo and wit that technique i can burn through 250-260 cals in 15 mins
wtf is an airwalk? lewl gg ....use a treadmill or an eliptical
hope that helps yoz
and if wat i wrtote makes u go wtf man are u stoned, no i been drinkin all nite and have to go party again tonite so im shot, but look up interval training on google or w.e

IIRC, focusing on the belly area is based partially upon what you eat. Beer and other sorts of alcohols have a tendency to localize in the belly area, sodas have the same effect. I would recommend cutting out any unnatural sugars. But especially cutting out beer and soda and other carbonated drinks.

When you say carbonated drinks does that include diet versions on just regular, please just say regular.

UGH don't let me go there about M&S, don't , don't,.............fuck you didn't stop me!
http://modculture.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/2007/10/08/glass_table.jpg
our table, what a stupid fucking design. You've got to assemble it UPSIDE DOWN. You put the glass down, then theres a long threaded pole thing you screw in, then the decorative tube, then the decorative base then, you've got to lift this shaped VERY VERY VERY heavy metal base on to it, upside down, Now the entire thing is held together by a single nut......well done M&S.
Now you get the best part, flipping the fucking thing over. You can't balance it on the glass because the table weighs too much. Then you've got to slide that heavy ass table across the carpet and i hope you've got the strength of two men......or two men to do it, otherwise it won't move. What a stupid fucking design. Then to top it off we had to disassemble and reassemble it because it had gotten too loose. the top of the table nearly fell off we couldn't even use it., put something on it and it would drop, ABSURD! We had to go and buy MORE nuts just to keep it from turning. That seems to have taken care of it as far as the loosening. I'd get rid of it if it weren't so bloody gorgeous. Fits the room perfectly.

I know I probably sound like a broken record but most types of amphetamines will help you lose weight.
http://www.drugrehab.net/drug/img/dexedrine.jpg
Take dexedrine, ADD medication. It was originally invented as a diet pill. It's entirely legal (well u need a prescription but imo that counts as legal) and it works incredibly well.
Most people would say sure that's fine but what about when you stop taking them, don't you put the weight back on? .. well no I don't think so.. you're stomach would have shrunk, you won't be as hungry for awhile. As long as you diet well you'll be good.
Still get heaps of exercise though.
And yes I know I've suggested this to you before.

Who said I wasn't taking medication? I've taken on Sibutramine but i want something to increase my energy, which I reckon thats what the amphetamines are for. I don't want to mix those because sibutramine messes with your heart. I don't want to take something like that, have my BP spike and then my doc take it away from me. I would die and do something stupid like get weightloss surgery.

I'd just stop taking Sibutramine and get yourself a few bottles of dexedrine. Energy + weight loss = success.
Although you'll have trouble sleeping. So get yourself some valium. or Diazepam or whatever.
Actually wait just ignore me. I'm so fucked up right now it's not funny, and in 5mins or so I'll pass the fuck out, then I got to get up in like 4 hours for work, which I'll be incredibly fucked for. But that's what you get for having a big weekend.

I recognize those little white pills. They look like ephedra. Yeah, they'll help you lose tons of weight, BUT, they're really not good for your heart.
Also, your stomach will shrink some, but it won't shrink enough to prevent you from gaining weight back. Some people are always hungry, as in, the brain never gets the message from the stomach that it's full.

I'm afraid not. Carbonated drinks slow you down SOOOO much. You have no idea the difference it makes not to drink them. When I stopped drinking carbonation after a month, I kid you not, I could jog for an extra half hour without wanting to commit suicide.
Plus I've heard somewhere that the carbonation itself causes a beer gut effect. But I have no way to prove that, and I'm too lazy to look it up TBH.
It's rough stuff, but cutting out sodas helps a lot. Give it a shot.

I don't know why you're getting pissy with me, you're not stuck in a bed, whats the deal, son.
There are fat people, obese people, then there are people who are just fucked up. Surely when you hit the point that you can't leave your room, it must click that theres something wrong. I respect those that make the effort, but the ones who have just resigned themselves to prison are not worthy of life IMO. Maybe I am being harsh, but maybe not.

If not harsh, then certainly closed-minded. People resign themselves to all kinds of personal "prisons." The man who eats himself to a bedridden blob is just as self-destructive as the man who lives in a cardboard box to better afford his bottle of booze, or the young fella who drops pills to the point of psychosis. You yourself didn't get to be a bodacious fatty without shoving loser-like quantities of food down your throat, and neither did I. Everyone has their failings. Some are just more visible than others.

You're goddamn right! I don't just mean eatting, thats just what we're talking about now. If you choose to live that type of lifestyle whether it be eatting, drugs, booze, bootcamp hack; that's your decision, but you also must suffer the consequences. i think theres a big difference between you and i compared to a man who has to be lugged around in a bed, at least he has decided to change his life. I'm talking about people who do wrong but then don't do anything about it. That kid who dropped pills, he didn't just go nuts in one session, that booze hound can go to rehab, that fat fucker who can't walk...didn't happen like that over night did it.
By the way Willow, you know fuck all about my medical history aside from what I tell everyone, which isn't everything- i only tell you guys the fun stuff. You don't know why I'm fat, not that eatting had nothing to do with it, but you can sit there and try to figure out why I am the way I am but you'd be wrong.
It may sound hypocritical to tell say someone whose 800+ lbs is unworthy of life, but perhaps at first I hadn't explained myself? Now you know though. With molly coddling and a soft touch like you seem to be taking on the issue it's no wonder people who are down and out don't get the help, just give them a hug and a pat on the head and tell them we've all got issues. That'll fix the problem. being nice to people to spare their feelings gets them nowhere but a step closer to the grave they're digging for themselves.
Whatever though, we all know you're just mad cause of the RAPEGATE scandal going on.

most of look is how you eat ...
cardio is the only thing that is going to burn the fat off, and if running is not comfortable i would suggest using the rowing machine or cycling ... cycling is awesome and it's low impact on the joints ...... you want to sweat and breath hard ..... if you can swim (i.e. have a place to swim) i'd say swimming laps are killer for getting into shape....
you just got to keep at it .... keep training ... keep eating right .... not starving ... eating healthy ..... make it a life style ....

change your lifestyle.
don't go eat healthy for like 2months and then after that 3 times in the week fast food.
i've seen it happen to my little brother...he lost like 40 pounds and after that he just gained it again.
cause he was eating the whole day...candy, cookies and more stuff.

No it has definitly been a life style change. I couldn't go back to doing what i was doing. I'm deathly affraid of gaining weight. I get seriously depressed if i see I've gained weight. Which thank God only happened once. but my whole world was crushed. Well actually twice but i was on vacation and thanks to careful planning I only gained 4 lbs. but i was eatting crap, i still went to the gym though and kept it in moderation.
I've got emotional hang-ups attached to food and weight. Say i got tot he point where i was happy with my body and health and somehow gained 10lbs........shit I would probably have a nervous break down. or turn back to bulimia as Willow so lovingly suggested. i still get the urge.........hmm
I'm feeling bad now. I'm going to go wash the dishes like I planned 2 hours ago before i got yammering on here then go do some cardio til I feel better about myself. Think I'll have some pineapple chunks for dinner as punishment then go have a bath and bed. Yes, that sounds good. OOOO maybe I'll sew a button that fell off 7 months ago after the bath. The night is sounding better and better!

I know, that's why i don't let it touch my teeth. This is old news though. i haven't done it in ages. You just kind of open your mouth super wide and let it all come up. Best to do it with ice cream (dairy neutralizesthe acid a bit) or carbonated drinks, it shoots out like a rocket with that.
NO though bulimia isn't going to help in the long run is it?

If you're really bored doing exercise and is eager to sweat a lot, I suggest that you should engage in sports, something that motivates you to burn A LOT of calories, more than 100cal. Badminton, for example, is a great indoor sport and it makes you sweat a lot, especially for those who aren't that active at sports.

I do have some, it's better just wearing a regular wire thing. plus big sports bras are fucking expensive. I don't want to waste that type of cash on a bloody sports bra. Wanna see?
Have you tried good old gray duct tape ? Maybe add some cardboard splints ? :thumb:
