1 DICED ONION
4 MED TOMATOS, DICED or 1 CAN
4 MED POTATOS IN 1/2" CUBES
2 QTS STOCK OF CHOICE
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED
BAY LEAVES
TABASCO
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Cook over low heat for 6 hrs, serve with crackers or fresh baked bread and a nice red wine. ENJOY!
