I was not raised atheist, and was born without any exposure to religion watsoever. i choose to be atheist and that is how i plan to remain, until someone proves me wrong.

Any response to this will result in a no win situation. I am not even going to go to there and divulge what to me is a personal topic.
BUT.....I have had men DIE in my FUCKING ARMS and held them while they asked me if I thought there was a GOD and then they died, asking forgiveness and the words "I'm Sorry" being the last they said.
Until you experience that moment where YOU know you are going to DIE, you will REMAIN an ATHEIST!

Most of us would rather NOT discuss religion and /or Atheism. As many members as this site has, posting from so many different countries, there are enough differing viewpoints on current events and politics to keep the action HOT. We really DON'T need that type of no win arguments that will never end.

and that is why we have the first amendment my freind.. freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of petition, freedom of assembly and freedom of RELIGION :D
