This shit is really sad actually.
He does it so they give 'em food. As you can tell he did a pretty good job haha.
The thing that for a lot of those kids it's the only resource of food, since their 'parent' leave them out on the streets.

their parent probably dead or working 12 hours a day in the poppy fields, I somehow doubt they have a high standard of child care and I bet there's no social workers.
