NO THIS ISN'T ABOUT DRUGS!?!?!

This is about how many pills you take with your daily schedule.. I randomly thought about making this thread coz i just sat down with my energy drink and popped my pills for today.

I take:

1x Men's Multivitamin each day... to make sure my body's got all the vitamins it needs to keep being awesome
1x Glucosamine pill each day.... for my joints.. i don't have any joint problems but JUST IN CASE I thought i'd re-enforce my joints
3x Milkthistle pills (one with each meal) .. to help my liver, make it strong
4x dianabol pills (2 in the morning 2 in the evening) for a shiny coat.

oh and since it's starting to get into spring I bought some hayfever pills so if i want i can also have

1x Telfast/anti hystamine for hayfever... Coz SOMETIMES i get bad hayfever and trust me.. there's nothing worse then trying to work outdoors when you got to bend over ever 2 seconds and your nose is running like a tap and your eyes are itchy as hell and flies are bouncing off your face over and over again and you're like AAAARGH FUCK@?#?!

ok your turn

That's all I take, aside from an occasional Ibuprofen for muscle soreness.

I don't take pills on a regular basis, I take maybe two tylenol a couple times a year.

I used to take multivitamins and fish oil capsules daily... I didn't notice any difference when I stopped.

IMO eating well is all that's needed.

yeh well you can't always eat perfectly... so just to fill in the gaps, i take the multivitamins.. everything else i have is a product of awesomeness.

If I'm having a bad day usually I will resort to taking about 20 Advil with a few beers. Always gets the job done :thumb:

I pretty much never get sick either.. in fact.. I haven't been ill for years.

And whenever i catch colds off people.. like.. the very few times i have.. they only last 12 hours or something.

I only take my pills to re-enforce what i have. Like my joints are fine, but i take medication to try and strengthen/repair my joints and shit coz i know my joints do take a lot of stress from work... they don't hurt.. yet.. and i want to keep it that way.

as for the multivitamin.. who knows if it works.. but if you tried having it you might find you have more energy during the day and are less lethargic perhaps. It's hard to know if you're getting the right amount of vitamins through your diet

I am sorry to hear that.

Perhaps if I breath in a jar and then seal that jar and send it to you... you can open it, and breath in my breath from the jar.. huff on it, if you will.

You see, even just my BREATH has healing properties, and could greatly improve your immune system, as well as grant you longer life. -motions idly-

It's weird though, how some people (like myself) rarely come down with colds... and at worst have the 'flu (of whatever sort) for a day or two every couple of years while others seem to catch everything that goes around... I'd imagine it would be sheer misery; but what can one do except move to the tropics?

I also don't get sick easily. I get the cold like once a winter for two days, but that's about the extent of my sickness. even as a child I don't remember having any significant sickness other than colds. I also haven't broken a bone, and many times I've been in situations where that it would've been very easy to break a bone. I do however have tons of scars on my knees from jumping off of things as a little kid, and skateboarding injuries.

Substitute skateboarding injuries for Goofy Time. That would also explain the scaring and redness on your knees LOL!

1,000 mg's of Vitamin C 1X (used to take it twice daily, but figured it was overkill)
1,250 mg's of Fish Oil 2X (morning and night)
1 Men's Multi-Vitamin, Max Strength
A statin once a day for cholesterol (genetic)
Some BP medication 2X's a day, hoping to come off it soon, been on it for four years now

I rarely take pain medicine, but I just popped three advil because of tooth pain (fucking molar)

Not sure if the Vitamins help or not, I know the best way to get your vitamins is through raw foods, but I figure it can't hurt, if anything, it's just a waste of money...but, no harm.
