What do think? Let this be his third strike and rot in jail, or allow some leniency and only have to pay punitive and other damages? Personally, the ends justify the means for me. Let him out, he's bound to fuck up in a month or so then he'll be in jail for the rest of his life. Right next to the sick fuck who was touching that poor kid.

Well..I think it was great of him to turn that other sick bastard in. Child molestors should have to face capitol punishment in my opinion. It's a shame he couldn't stop theiving however. I don't think he should get life...even though he will quite probably steal for life if he stays on drugs. I do think he should get a term of prison however. His past good deed regarding the child molestor shoud come into some consideration when sentencing him.

Ammendmant: I would also take into consideration if he has every been a violent criminal/robber.

every time a child molester gets caught, there is probably another child being molested at the very moment.

we arent stopping molestation. only slowing it down.

Good point.. there are thousands mabye hundreds of thousands of child molestors in the US alone. Catching mabye 100 per month.... hmm.... mabye when im 85 there might be a slight deduction to how many get molested per day!

Oh and good job for not talking about cheese for once in one of your posts! im impressed! :lol: :lol:
