I'm sure glad everyone does not feel that way! Even I may not have stuck around if everyone flamed me right off.
We need to be accepting with the noobs.....newbie members mean newbie ideas.....we can not go in like "weed whackers and lawn mowers" and mow the field down.
We must be like a diligent gardener, plucking at the weeds before they take over, nurturing, feeding and caring for the flowers so they grow and blossom into beautiful plants and are not restricted by over grown weeds.
Trust me..there are a lot of new ideas, thoughts and postings that will come with the new faces.
Hell, if I were a noobie checking out this site before I joined, I would think that it were nothing but a Flame Thread with all the Bitchin' and Fightin' going on! WTF! :shock: I would feel that I had to jump in feet first with battle axe swinging just to get noticed here!
There will be more EC's, tgd_02's, Draz's, and many other posters like Snufftelect, Avaloner, Clouds and yourself.
There will be those that come and go, only to leave their mark like a Fart in the Wind....disappearing before you know it.
