This is what's trully annoying: The is entitled 'Cop battles with suspect', which makes it seem like the cop randomnly initiated a 'battle' with the suspect. What exactly did the suspect do to warrant this? The cop didn't walk down the street and just pick someone.

The police officer do not make it easy for himself.... The suspect gets to much time to take the initiative... The police education in US not so long? Not enough hand to hand combat?

Maybe he should have arrested him on gunpoint - for his own protection...
