Man that shit is fake. For one, its the kid from Hook...Charlie Korsmo....the mustache is fake btw. Second, dude held his breath for a lil over a 1:20....with his lil lungs and the cinderblock on him he shouldnt have had enough air to last considering he doesnt hyperventilate or even take in a deep breath. Ive done enough pulmonary function tests to see that, plus he could have rolled the cinderblock off of himself, when you drown you panic and do anything to survive. I couldnt see a pulse check either, why was the guy only giving rescue breaths without checking for a pulse? No, when you do the head tilt chin lift technique you cannot feel for a pulse, the closest one is the carotid artery in the neck and it is the one all people who learn CPR are taught to use. Two rescue breaths, check for pulse, if no pulse the 30 compressions (under knew AHA guidelines), two breaths, 30 compressions, then repeat checking for pulse again later...if there is a pulse then you just perform rescue breaths...but dude never checked for a pulse....I didnt hear anyone calling 911 either.....so at least in my oppinion, this is a fake.
