coffee with half and half and i drink about hal a gallon to a gallon of te swet brew a day.

if not coffee, tea or water. tea is straight, nothing in it, except maybe, MAYBE a piece of lemon.

I haven't been making coffee lately, because I've been drinking Monster. I love Monster, the stuff in the black and blue can, but I went back to coffee today.

I almost forgot how much ass, coffee kicks. When you wake up and start a fresh pot of coffee, there are so many benefits.

The smell is released as soon as you start grinding the beans. Then, you start to really smell it as the hot water passes through the grounds. You're already waking up, and it's great.

Then, you drink that first cup. It goes to work immediately. No sugar, no cream, just black coffee goodness. You can feel the caffeine start to kick up the metabolism. Then, BOOM you go to the bathroom and lose a pound or two. That's when you really start to feel lighter and more awake.

Coffee starts the day out right.

i love redbull for a good caffeine buzz in the morning..... but coffee is good too ..... sometimes i make coffee with just milk no water, which i also love.

as for the milk messing up your coffee maker ...... i've never used a coffee maker .... use instant coffee all the way ....

So you're supposed to use water with the instant stuff? I figured you just munched on the tiny nuggets in the jar.

Me, about 4 cups in the am, usually get 100% columbian and I make it at home and work. Not buying my coffee from a shop, or drive-thru saves me about $30 - $40 a month and that goes to my premium micro-brewery, beer fund. I can get a growler of beer for about $6, why pay $3+ for a single serving of "dessert" coffee.

I've never taken to coffee.

I was more of an energy drink person but I'm not drinking them anymore either. I'm starting to think along the lines of that you shouldn't "alter" or "boost" your body with any chemical other then what it already has at it's disposal.
