A bit of help

Posted this on the welcome forum but think its in the wrong forum so posting here as well.
i know how to upload videos to here but if i do can only i access them or do they go on general view ?
if i want others to see some but not all i upload how to i make some available to the general viewer and keep others private ?

theres a section called uploads and vids on the web
your video should be there.....

there is no option for public view?
eh if not find the code or link and post it on uploads and web vids, youll get some views there
