I'm sure everyone here has to face challenges quite often, and I was just wondering what you used or needed for encouragement.

I got thinking about this earlier - I was working out in my dorm room, and opposite my window is another flat of dorms - and three girls were "surrupticiously" watching me. This was a great boost, and I worked harder because of it.

Of course I'm talking psychological as well as physical - in fact I'm pretty sure some of the more physically adept amongst us would agree that strength is 80% mental and 20% physical!

Tell the board what keeps you going, and what stirs you to improve yourself, or stay the path.

What keeps you going when times get tough?

When times get tough I remember the many, many really tough times I've been through in the past (mostly brought on by my own bad choices I might add, but not always :roll: ).......and that I made it through in one piece. Sometimes battered and bruised either physically or mentally.......or BOTH, but still alive and looking forward. I remember that bad times were just temporary, and there was always lots of good times, fun, adventure, and love in the future.

Love is really all that matters, when all is said and done.

Very true, and I definately identify with you on the many trials, but as you said, worth it in the end. I've found a fantastic girl, and I want to make her feel loved, happy and special every second of every day!!!

Which gets quite difficult after the sex ;) lol jks ;)

That's going to be hard work (making her feel special etc......not the sex). If she's high maintenance - which I am not - you are going to be a very busy boy.

When i need encouragment I just take some vitamin V (for Vodka). Eric hurt my pride so I got a little tipsy and cursed his ass out and asked him if he found my earrings in the sheets in front of his new girlfriend. Son of a Bitch.
