Someone needs to go to prison for that. I'm normally on the police side but that was fucking murder.

Yeah, I think I'm with you on that. There needs to be some repercusions, witholding any facts like him yelling that he was gonna kill them. I doubt that though. It just looked like he was running away, and unarmed at that. Shooting someone becuase you are too fucking lazy to chase after him is not justification. And neither was that many shots.:cool:

This clip just kinda sucks all around, but my main problem with this clip is with the title: "Black guy resisting arrest gets beatdown by cops."
Why does it need to be "Black guy?" What not "Guy resisting...etc.?"
It's not like this was some Rodney Kind style beatdown or anything, the guy was clearly resisting and the officers where just what doing what they do when people resist.
It's ironic that people get filtered for racial comments here and then we see titles like that.

Hey, I could even tell on this shitty little vid he was unarmed. They shoot him when he's on the ground, then they shoot him when the only motion comming from him is the bullets hitting him and him twitching. Then the cop runs up and kicks the guy, like shooting him isn't enough. Actions like these only cause less respect for police, in turn causing more moron criminals.

idk if flailing ur arms like a retard is grounds for getting shot, ill half agree with you on the runing over a cop part. a beat down was more apropriate or a taser, but getting shot dead and then getting shot some more after u fall down is a bit more than overboard.

If an average cop had fired because he felt threatened, fired to defend himself or others, would he then run up to the dying suspect after him and his partners pumped him full of 20+ shots screaming "I'll kill you motherfucker! I'll kill you!" (which you can clearly hear on the tape). Does this sound like a rational police officer to you?

Keep listening, you can hear the guy saying "I don't want to die!" and the cop screaming back, "Too bad!!" He even starts to do something where another cop has to actually say, "Don't!" like 3 or 4 times!

Granted its a stressful job and an even more stressful situation, but come on! Normally I'm on the cops side too... But whether he was armed or not, is it necessary to fire that many shots and then taunt the guy afterwards? It even sounds like he punched him just before the other cop told him not to! (2:09-2:10) Listen carefully!

You can't see him at first as he exits the car and the first officer can. Also if he was unarmed or belived to be unarmed why would the first officer hide behind the car? Was he scared he suspect was going to make a nasty face at him?

Would be nice to see an article to find out if the cops F'ed up or if there is more than the video shows.

Just because the one cop ducked behind a car means nothing, They do that a lot because they dont know 'IF' someone has a gun.

I wonder if he really tried to run the cop over or was trying to get away and the retard jumped in front of his car and yelled stop. I saw the same thing happen on cops and they killed that guy too saying he was trying to hit the cop.

There was a guy here in Fort Myers, FL that was shot and killed by an off duty cop because he was drunk and tried to drive away. The cop wasn't charged with anything.

Ok, so if you all think those cops were responding with a "reasonable amount of force" then when do you technically stop firing? I believe they carry 2 more clips, should they have all reloaded and fired another 60 shots? Why didn't they walk up and put five more in the back of his head? Why not whip out the baton after all that and beat him some more? For those who believe this was police procedure at it's best, you guys are living in a seriously fucked up world!

I'd say %95 of the time, I'm on the cops side! Check all my previous posts if you want! But this was over the top. And you can easily see that this officer was not in the right frame of mind to be doing his job properly when he runs up to the guy screaming "I'll kill you motherfucker!!" and actually hitting him after he's subdued! He sounds like a complete lunatic who is out of control and not only should he not be wearing a badge, he shouldn't be loose on the street!

I have the upmost respect for those in law enforcement and have several friends and family members who are cops.. I have respect for these people because of the very fact that they don't act like that. This is one of the very few times I've seen an officer's behaviour to be worse than a criminal's, and in that case, he shouldn't be an officer at all...

You need to watch the video again. They fired three shots before he got out of the truck, also he was running away from the cops not to them.
