Here in AZ (Over in Florence) An inmate had a makeshift shank, and stabbed a prison guard in the fuckin' head during a cell search. That sure didn't make MSNBC now did it?

But there was another incident where the guards put a guy who was in for drug charges inside the same cell of a convicted murderer who was serving a life sentence. Notice I said "there was" the dude killed him in the cell. So yeah it's common, and once your'e in jail/prison. The guards could give a shit less about you, your'e scum to them. Even if the guards did see it, they would let it ride for a nice while. They're are times when the guards will actually tell a prisoner what he is doing time for if they want them to teach him a lesson. Maybe this was the case, then again that's why they call it prison, you aren't supposed to want to go back. Haven't you seen American History X/Blood In Blood Out/Or American Me? haha :xyxthumbs:

This was obviously a black on white racial attack. It had nothing to do with the inmates "mistaking" him for a child molester. They probably just told prison officials that to deflect from their hate crime and get a lighter punishment.

95% of all interracial crime and violence is black on white. The prisoners should be racially segregated. Blacks are too violent and savage to be around white people inside or outside of prison.

IF the guy was a child molester then he got off easy, however, it could be total bullshit. An acquaintance of mine who was in LA County Jail for a week on a mistaken and ultimately expunged charge of theft said he witnessed some young guy getting beaten to a pulp by other inmates after one of the guards started calling him child molester out loud. Turns out the guy had just pissed off the guard for something he did earlier and he got even that way. By the way, my buddy is a total badass (I trained with the guy for a couple years in Krav Maga and he could kick ass BEFORE he knew that shit) and he was SCARED shitless in there. The whites are bottom of the food chain in prison.

I hope there were a few Sheriff's Deputies (guards) that got in trouble for that too.

I am a correctional officer in CA, and we don’t let the inmates get out of our direct line of sight unless they are in a locked room with no more than 2 pre-screened others, and we separate high risk (sex offenders, murderers, attempted murderers, gang rivals, etc.) inmates for both their own safety and the safety of others.
I can’t believe the Sheriff defended himself by saying “You can’t watch them at all times.” He would have really been better off hanging some thing like the Deputies weren’t providing adequate supervision for such a large number of inmates in one room, and the responsible guards are under investigation.
