The guy making the prank call wasn't funny and even kind of ruined it, the only thing that made it funny was the guy laughing. You have to wonder if he just called a friend or something for the prank too, its unlikely that a hotel person is going to start laughing that much at the garbage he was saying.

My first thought was that this guy has a friend who works in a Res. center. I also agree that the guy laughing at him on the phone was what made it so funny. :1orglaugh:
