Lets refer to the DMV handbook here morons: It says do NOT pass on the right for a singular lane unless someone is making a left turn (bet you did not know THAT exception when your at an intersection with a singular lane). Apparently it would have made everything easier so maybe he was intentionally just getting tricky as opposed to being a rude driver like most your road rants. He knew the consequences that's why he had two inches of padding on. He should have then slammed on the front brake and bailed over the rail at the very time of impact, amatures.

Wow, I feel stupid reading these comments. I did the same thing with my GSXR-1000. I only had the bike for two months, came around a corner like that and my tire came loose on some gravel. Difference is that my bike was done, I got lucky and had a few scratches. I'm still paying for the bike, and that was nearly two years ago. Don't worry, I learned my lesson. Its funny how when people get any motorized vehicle they seem to loose all sence of mortality. Now think if he broke his neck and had to lay in a bed for the rest of his long life.
