I'd say she was dead and the muscles in her body where relaxing/dying. You aren't automatically stiff when you die. lol

Aroldo let off four shots and two of them struck her in the head. Suzanne was a mother of three, while Aroldo was arrested shortly after. He did not have a prior criminal record but witnesses did mention he had already threatened Suzanne. They lived together for eight months and she finished the relationship in December, Aroldo was not able to let go. She had a 5-month old baby, and a 5 and 6 years old with another man.

Actually, the body stiffens up for an instant, (maybe there are convulsions depending on what killed the person) then there is the relaxation.

That said, from what I saw, the first shot killed her, maybe the second.
