Was it necessary for the person with the camera to point it right in the baby's head? Jesus, if it got any closer the baby would have a crushed skull.

It kinda looks like the baby is inside out.

Man oh man,I feel for that poor child and its family. And, to the spaz that is filming it, get that fukin camera out of its face and lay it down on a soft bed, get it some pain meds and make it as comfortable as possible instead of making it worse by handling it so roughly and belittling it. I mean honestly, are they hospital employees or first graders? :mad2: :mad2:

Wow, kinda makes our little aches and pains seem like nothing. Poor kid. :(

Someone linked the same page I was going to link earlier, but this is the jist of what's causing that:

What is harlequin ichthyosis?

Harlequin ichthyosis is a severe genetic disorder that mainly affects the skin. Infants with this condition are born with very hard, thick skin covering most of their bodies. The skin forms large diamond-shaped plates separated by deep cracks (fissures). These skin abnormalities affect the shape of the eyelids, nose, mouth, and ears, and restrict movement of the arms and legs. Restricted movement of the chest can lead to breathing difficulties and respiratory failure.

The skin normally forms a protective barrier between the body and its surrounding environment. The skin abnormalities associated with harlequin ichthyosis disrupt this barrier, making it more difficult for affected infants to control water loss, regulate their body temperature, and fight infections. Infants with harlequin ichthyosis often experience an excessive loss of fluids from the body (dehydration) and develop life-threatening infections during the newborn period.

Watching a clip like that makes me not worry about the bills I gotta pay... for some odd reason...Insane man. I would like to know the odd of having a child like this... But yes, lay the youngin down, wrap a blanket around it and at least comfort it as it is going to have such a hard life ahead of it if it does survive to adulthood.

If I was the parent I'd have the Doctors keep the child doped to the gills, and let nature take its course. Wait a minute; my wife would have had an Amniocentesis performed, and the fetus would have been flushed months before that.

Ughh The Reptilians couldnt wait their to start makeing cross breeds so the impregnated a woman with a compatable sperm cell and they couldnt get the baby out in time and yet they have failed again. The must of known it was a reject like most of their attempts and its the most likely reason they let it stay.
You could call me crazy, but at least I have an open mind to what is the possibility
I know that Human DNA is valueable but I dont understand why advanced races that can travel though dimensions as easly as we can open a door would want to have our DNA? Even as brutal and mindless we act it could be that we are the very few and rare species that cant easly use their Psychie.

and even if this isnt the truth I still feel for the baby, if he grows up(or she) he will be an outcast.

The uthinized route must be a option here to stop the suffering.

Agree with that. So do people still believe in god? Why would god allow this to happen?

The baby would be better off not ever being conceived in my opinion, it will seem like a monster to the world and may very well if it survives live its life a lonely outcast, if it is not suffering from hellish physical pain, you can give drugs for that but not rejection. I don't know much about this syndrome, so I don't know if things will get better for this child, but usually nature does'nt turn things around that way :(

I have to be honest and say that if this was posted April 1, I would have thought it a fake and a joke and thought oh yeau filecabi 'your having a laugh' I'm astounded its real  It reminds me of an episode from "V - The mini series" when the alien baby came out of the mothers womb. Very sad :( Those who are against abortion will have a tough time making an argument with a video like that, although I do think that the number of weeks allowed for an abortion should be lowered. Very, very sad.

I'll take you up on that guarantee. I have an acquaintance with spina bifida whose condition informs and motivates his pro-life position. You'll find quite a few physically handicapped folks are pro-life because they are pretty frightened, insulted and degraded by the fact that people like you think that people like them should have had their skulls crushed in utero and vacuumed into a trash can rather than be given a chance to live a fulfilling life. Think about it.

Poor baby, indeed. No baby should ever have to be born like this, and no parent should ever have to see such a thing. I'm a very hard-hearted, uncompassionate guy most of the time, but - MAN! OMG it is an Alien... Is it good for someone to live like that? I had a dog with two front legs only, and with a weird (painless and harmless tumor) he should live 3 years, his tail was always in the move, he never complaind. Until my neigbour called the Rspca, and told them I was a animal misuser, . In her eyes it was a Not Done to let the dog live... Only becouse the dog was a bit different.

And if you say to someone, let the baby die. You are a killer, who doesn't know the true meaning of live???

Oh and i think that the person filming is a little bit morbid, whatīs with the 100 X zoom of the poor kidīs face, and then lifting his / her arms up, i think we got the msg ,and itīs extremely painfull for them to move because of the hardness of the skin, so way to go you child abuser, anything for the cam huh ?

Well I am a Yank and I had just learned a few things about the Arab culture. The possible reason why this child is the way it is, is because the Arab culture is about keeping within its own people and that includes its own family. I mean over the centuries of interbreeding with members of their own family would produce a child like this and it was just a matter of time before this was made into reality!
